  3. Review and Processing: Once we receive your video, we will review it to assess the condition of the product and packaging. If the video indicates that the product was damaged during shipping or if there is a defect, we will proceed with a replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.
  4. There will be no direct refund of the amount. Kabutarkhana will initiate the replacement process.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  • No Additional Costs: If your request is approved, Kabutarkhana will cover all expenses related to the replacement of the product, including shipping costs.
  • Timing: We aim to process and ship the replacement product within 7-10 business days from the approval of your request.

EXCLUSIONS
